Lollipop Posse Lacquer Child is a MOUSE is a black-teal jelly with holo microflakes, pink-to-green iridescent multichrome flakes, and copper-to-green multichrome flakes. It is shown in three thin coats and has a nice quick-drying formula.
One dose, and the time works to the second. But more than five doses breaks the delay barrier, and the formula works instantly. Child... starts to shrink. The child... starts to... grow fur. Starts... growing a tail! All this happens in precisely twenty-five seconds! Shrinking more... child is no longer a child. Child… is a MOUSE!” -The Grand High Witch, Roald Dahl’s “The Witches”
Price: $12
Lollipop Posse Lacquer Dying to Light This Fire is a bright orange jelly with multichrome iridescent flakes, magenta-to-green multichrome flakes, silver holo microglitter, and purple-to-green aurora shimmer. I wore it in four thin coats for maximum depth, but fewer will do. It needs top coat to smooth due to the flakes and has a quick dry time.
“I’ve got a box of matches in my pocket, Fiona, and I’m just dying to light this fire.” -Myrtle Snow, American Horror Story: Coven
Price: $12
Lollipop Posse Lacquer Fruit of Everlasting Life is a clear polish with silver holo microflakes, blue-to-purple duochrome shimmer, and multichrome iridescent microflakes. I wore it in four thin coats, but fewer will cover. It also can be worn as a top coat. Nice formula that dries quickly. It needs top coat to be completely smooth.
Jadis, also known as The White Witch, is the main antagonist in C.S. Lewis’ “The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe”. She has brought a never ending snow to the lands of Narnia, making it always winter and never Christmas during the Hundred Years Winter. She is descended of Adam’s first wife, Lilith, and the giants. Jadis lives for over 1,000 years and amplifies her powers by eating the Fruit of Everlasting Life.
Price: $12
Lollipop Posse Lacquer Just As Sane As I Am is a magenta-to-green multichrome shimmer and flake polish. I wore it in four thin coats, but two or three will cover. It has a nice, quick drying formula and a ton of shift.
“Don’t worry. You’re just as sane as I am.” -Luna Lovegood, J.K. Rowling’s “Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix”
Price: $12
Lollipop Posse Lacquer So Far Past Normal is a royal purple jelly with holo microflakes, blue-to-magenta duochrome shimmer, blue-to-red multichrome flakes, and green-to-purple multichrome iridescent flakes. I wore it in three thin coats, though two will do. Great formula that dries smooth and quickly.
Castiel: Dean, are you okay? How do you feel?
Dean Winchester: Like my insides just got flame-broiled. Is that normal?
Rowena: Sweetie, we’re so far past normal.
-Supernatural, Season 11, Episode 23
Price: $12
Lollipop Posse Lacquer Such Tacky Little Hats is a turquoise linear holo with purple-to-green multichrome flakes and shimmer. I wore it in three thin coats, but two will do. Perfect, super-flashy formula!
“What a tacky shop. I’ve never seen such tacky little hats, yet you are by far the tackiest thing in here.” -The Witch of the Waste, “Howl’s Moving Castle"
Price: $12As usual, Karen's inspiration is incredibly fun and creative! The results are also spectacular - every one of these polishes performed well and was interesting to wear and look at. There were some really unique shades in the bunch, and Dying to Light This Fire really stood out as a color you don't often see, much less so beautifully done. The Lollipop Posse Lacquer Which Witch Collection is available for pre-order through Friday, September 28 at the Lollipop Posse site and also at Color4Nails. The polishes are $12 individually or $72 for all 6. Do you have a favorite?
