Anchor & Heart Lacquer Polish Pickup Villains October 2018 Swatches and Review

Polish Pickup  opens this Friday, October 5 at 11AM EDT  with a Villains  theme   and the pre-order runs through 11:59 PM EDT on Monday, October 8 . The  Polish Pickup  is a Facebook group and pop-up shop that offers monthly pre-orders of indie polish made to themes voted on by members of the group. Let's check out  Anchor & Heart Lacquer's  offering, a lovely thermal! *sent by the maker for photography and review* Anchor & Heart Lacquer Can I Have the Secret Formula?  is a seafoam green (warm) to steel teal (dark) thermal with gold flakes, shimmer, and shred glitter, as well as red microglitter, and teal holo microglitter. I wore it in three thin coats, but two will do. It dries matte with a slight amount of texture but is shown here with one coat of top coat. Nice formula with a quick dry time and easy removal. Note that thermals have a normal life expectancy of 6 to 12 months, so be sure you like a polish in both shades if you expect to use it longer than that. This ...

Polish Pickup  is back from vacation and the  August 2018  theme for this release is  Musicals!   Polish Pickup  is a Facebook group and pop up shop that involves indie polish and craft makers producing items based on themes voted in by the group. The shop will be open from  August 3 at 11AM EDT to August 6 at 11:59 PM EDT . This time I have an amazing, bright thermal polish from Grace-full Nail Polish! *sent by the maker for photography and review* Grace-full Nail Polish Magical Muses  is a grape (cool) to magenta (warm) thermal with pink-to-gold duochrome aurora pigment. The transition is dramatic and easy and the shimmer really sparkles. The shift of the cool-warm shimmer makes the magenta drift between cool and warm, as well. This polish is magical! I wore it in three thin coats, but two will do, and it had a great formula. This is inspired by Xanadu . I am here to show you the second half of Grace-full Nail Polish's   The Faraway Collection , comprised of seven polishes inspired by  The Faraway Tree  series of children's novels by Enid Blyton. If you missed it, I have the first half here . The colors on this post are of the cool-toned shades, and some of my favorites! These polishes are all currently available in the Australian and international shops. *sent by the maker for photography and review* Grace-full Nail Polish Mr. Whatzisname  is a dark teal jelly with blue-to-purple multichrome flakes, and green holo microglitters. I wore it in three thin coats, though two will do. It has a good formula and dries quickly with a bit of texture. It smooths out well with top coat. Price: $10.50 Grace-full Nail Polish Saucepan Man  is a light gray (warm) to dark gray (cool) thermal with silver microflakes and silver holo microglitter.
